Condition of purchase or delivery
The contract will be made with the Löwe - Bär Hotels GmbH, Herrenanger 9, A-6534 Serfaus (FN 128826 a, Cort Innsbruck) and will be finalized with the payment of the gift voucher.
Order
The order of the voucher will be made in the online-shop hosted on our homepage www.loewebaer.com and paid for with a credit card. You will receive the paid voucher via e-mail. Please print out this email as your reference. You can request the voucher be mailed by post without incurring postal charges. All of our voucher have a nonrecurring Barcode to identify them. You must present this voucher with its Barcode reference when requested by Löwe - Bär Hotels GmbH – Löwe and Bär hotels in Serfaus. The client is responsible for the voucher’s safty. Löwe - Bär Hotels GmbH is not responsible for any loss or abuse of the voucher. In case of loss, burglary or devaluation of the voucher Löwe - Bär Hotels GmbH can not refund the value of the voucher.
Any voucher are intended as Single Use only.
Minimum age
To purchase a voucher on our internet shop the minimum age of 18 years is required.
Prices and products
At various times differing products/services and packages will be on offer at Löwe or Bär and may differ from those listed on the voucher.
If a treatment/service/product or package is no longer available the voucher value maybe used for others that are currently on offer to the value of the voucher.
If the product or the treatment on the voucher is not available, the voucher value can be exchanged for other services in the hotel for to the same value as the product or treatment listed on the voucher.
Right of withdrawal
If the voucher does not correspond to you imagination within 14 day from the date of issue you are able to send the voucher back to us. The cancelation of the order has to be sent within 14 day from the date of issue. The claim to the right of withdrawal can not be enforced if the service from the ordered voucher has already started.
Security and Data Privacy
Your data privacy is of our highest priority and concern. Credit card numbers, names and addresses and other data used in credit card payment are transmitted on a secure SSL line with the highest protection.

- The purchased voucher is not convertible, in any form, for money. If your consumation in our hotels is less than the value of your voucher we can’t refund the rest in cash. You keep your voucher for a next visit with the rest amount.
- An invoice including taxes you’ll recieve as soon as you redeem the voucher.
- When sending the gift voucher via mail, Löwe - Bär Hotels GmbH takes no responsibility for the time taken for delivery.
- The voucher is only valid if the payment is entirely completed.
- The validity of the voucher for packages and treatments is indicated on the voucher. There is no experation date on Value vouchers.
